Lanoha Nurseries is a garden center in Omaha, Nebraska with over a thousand acres of land, featuring everything you could ever need to plant a garden in your home. Whether you’re planting vegetables, flowers, or a tree in your yard, Lanoha has it all. This show features garden tips beginning with choosing the right soil, then picking the seed that is right for you; and then tips on how to plant successfully. Catherine Willis and Helen Hubbard are the two hosts who will take the viewer through the process of how to plant a successful garden. Catherine is the Garden Center expert. She has extensive knowledge on choosing the right soil, picking the right seed, and she demonstrates how to plant, whether you’re in your backyard or an apartment. Helen is the Customer Service Manager. She also shares her wisdom and planting tips, as she and Catherine go through the process together. Helen also is an expert when it comes to planting trees and demonstrates how to do this successfully. We live in challenging times, and this show is “timely”, discussing the resurgence and renewed interest in gardening. It’s not only essential, but a great hobby. It’s the perfect time to start a vegetable garden, and Growing food is one small thing we can do to help ourselves, and a way to improve our mental and physical health.
