With the farm renovation complete, Rachel shows the farm to prospective buyers. Jeff and Rachel host a barn party to celebrate the sale of the farm and Neah performs her new Single. The episode ends with a surprise.

Funeral for a Squirrel

Jeff and Rachel go bargain hunting and Jeff stumbles on the find of the century. As they begin to wrap up renovations on the farm, Jeff and Rachel look at new properties. Jeff has beef with a pesky ground hog.

One Piece at a Time

Rachel and Jeff head to Nashville and take in the sites where they meet an up and coming country artist. While in the city, they do an interview with a local radio station. Stephen and David get side tracked with a YouTube video.

Cat Scratch Fever

Jeff unveils a new talent, Stephen finds a new fear, and Rachel transforms an old school bus in to a chicken coop.

Nice Caboose

Jeff gets sick and Rachel takes her boys to Lancaster PA to enjoy different sites in the city. Back on the farm the crew is prepping the tack room for Rachel's design.

Hold Your Horses

After two successful renovations, Rachel and Jeff compete to name the next project. Business calls and Rachel is off to Dallas, leaving Jeff in charge of the renovation process.

Get a Hobby

Jeff and Rachel try different hobbies. Back at the farm, renovations are in full swing on the Summer Kitchen.

Jeff and Rachel introduce the farm staff and give us a background on the first farm purchase. Rachel renovates the Viewing Room. Jeff and Rachel spend some time learning how to ride horses, and Jeff finds out that riding a miniature donkey is a bad idea.
